Delivery Information
Small Parcel Delivery
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to the entrance door of your dwelling, or to the front door of your apartment building. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Large Parcel Delivery
We use courier Palletways to send larger items. The delivery cost for larger items costs are free with minimum purchase £50.
Dispatch Costs
- Free delivery when you spend £50 and over
- We charge £4.99 for delivery of All orders under £50
- We do not accept order from Ireland and outside UK
Delivery Estimation
- Free UK Mainland Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays
- Free UK Mainland Standard Delivery for larger items takes 7-10 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays
- We use couriers for standard delivery ( Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel, Amazon ).
