• For best protection heat alarms should be installed as part of a complete fire protection system that also includes smoke alarms. Heat Alarms are best suited to areas such as boiler rooms, kitchens, laundry room and garages.
• Features a thermistor heat sensing element for accuracy, reliability and stability.
• This unit has an effective 85 decibel Piezo electric alarm. In situations where the alarm is triggered by non-emergency smoke or steam, this alarm can simply be turned off by pressing the test button.
• This alarm conforms to BS 5446-2: 2003
